To submit your music
to be played on American Musicians Radio (From here known as AMR)
and our
corresponding States, Please read the following informationThe Artist
which from this point will be stated as (YOU), and American Musicians
Radio along with it’s affiliated states will be know and recognized
as strictly AMR and will agree to the following terms. You agree
that you will provide proof that you are from the state that you
currently
reside in and WILL NOT submit your music under any other name or
submit your music in any other state under the same name or other
name. You
understand that your music will be pulled from AMR.You agree that
all the music you submit is yours or our bands and you are the authorized
person to release this music to AMR.You agree not to hold AMR or
it’s
contributors liable for any reason for any music that maybe deemed
as inappropriate for certain listeners.You agree that AMR has the right
NOT to play any music submitted and You will NOT hold AMR liable for
any reason if you're music is NOT played on our radio program.You agree that AMR is playing your
music as a COURTESY and NOT bound to any terms that you present to
AMR or it’s affiliates.You agree that AMR has the right at anytime
without notification to remove any music that we may feel not to be
authentic for our sole purpose of keeping our format strictly AMR.You
agree that you are giving AMR your music at your own freewill understanding
and agreeing that this is your music, created by you or band and will
not hold any liability to AMR if any concerns, complaints, legal obligations,
or copyright infringements arise.You agree and will be held responsible
and liable for any legal obligations if you break any copyright infringements.You
agree to defend AMR in any legal obligations if one should arise.You
agree to take the responsibility of your music by making sure you have
the proper copyrights, materials, biography information, song title,
album title, date, length, artist name, band members, general information
and legal authorization of the music you are submitting.You will not hold AMR liable for
any music that You feel is inappropriate.You agree that If you fill
out any information falsely, we will remove your music and refuse to
play anymore of your songs indefinitely.AMR is not held liable for
any reason if there are technical difficulties and your song was cut
off during it’s play.AMR is not liable for any non-copyrighted songs
that you submit to us having been played on our station that later
would be used by other persons or entities.AMR is not liable for any
copyrighted songs that you submit to us having been played on our station
that was later used by other persons or entities.AMR is not liable
for any copyrighted material that you submit that could potentially
be someone else’s music and you falsely represented as your own…
You will be held completely in all forms responsible for any and
all legal
actions, fines by copyright infringement, legal actions by AMR and
any other entity that is connected to material submitted. (Ie, Label,
Artist, Management etc.)AMR is not liable for any copyrighted songs
that you submit to us having been played on our station.
Any legal obligation that may arise will strictly and solely be your
responsibility.AMR has the right to refuse any music that we deem
to be inappropriate.AMR has a legal right to verify anyone who submits
music, ANY individuals who break these laws will be penalized to
the
fullest extent in a court of law within the state you reside and
or state you represent the music you submitted from. All penalties or
legal obligations that occur will be paid by You.AMR has the right
to play all genre’s of music.AMR is not limited by any genre of music.AMR
has the right to change it’s policies at anytime without warning
or consent to You or it‘s affiliates or consumers.AMR will not notify
You if your music has been removed from our playlist… You may send
an email to AMR in regards to your music and we will reply within
30
business days of your letter.AMR has the right to refuse any music
that doesn’t meet the criteria set above. |
